Important Race Day Instructions

Event packets including Race Bib, T-shirt and goody bags (first 500 only) may be picked up between 9AM and 3PM, Wednesday, Thursday and Friday, at Sherwood Senior Center, 21907 SW Sherwood Blvd., Sherwood, OR, (503) 625-5644, starting the Wednesday before Race Day.

• The first 500 to pick up their packets will receive a goody bag.

• Pre-registered Packets may also be picked up at 6:30am on race day

• Please Check in and attach bib to front of shirt.

• Make sure bib is pinned in the 2 small holes. (safety pins provided). Do not use the large hole.

• 2K Race will begin at 8:00 SHARP.

• Races and Walks OTHER than the 2K Race will begin at 8:30 SHARP.

• Day-of-race registration opens at 6:30am. (Hint: Register early!)

• You will be disqualified if running with someone else's number.

• No pets are allowed on the race course.

• For runners who wish to keep their mile time, there will be a well marked mile posts.

• YOUR RACE BIB NUMBER MUST BE IN CLEAR SIGHT WHEN CROSSING THE FINISH LINE.

• Day of Race Registrations will begin at the High School Athletic field beginning at 6:30am on Race Day.

• Encourage your friends to register early and avoid the lines.

• Come and enjoy the free food, prizes and entertainment.
